Ninpo is the study of the principles of the ninja. Ninjutsu is the study of the techniques of the ninja. Both terms are similar and we teach both at the Ninja Dojo and Cross Training. In addition to this we study Jujutsu which were the techniques employed by the samurai and were also used by the ninja. The techniques and principles taught at Ninja Dojo and Cross Training have been refined for 900 years and are still being refined today. This means that we employ techniques for self defense against firearms in addition to learning: open-hand defense, swordsmanship, staff work, shurikan throwing, stealth techniques and evasion. By training in Ninpo you walk a path that is nearly 1000 years old. You will literally experience history.
